Sustainable Systems for the Plastics Industry

PET-Recycling

Our PET recycling solutions cover all essential process stages—from crystallization to drying, dealdehyde removal, and cooling. With a capacity of up to 5,000 kg/h and a residual moisture level of under 50 ppm, our systems provide excellent material preparation. At the same time, contaminants such as VOCs (volatile organic compounds), acetaldehyde (AA), and other pollutants are effectively removed.

PCR Polyolefin Recycling

Our PCR Polyolefin recycling systems transform post-consumer materials into high-quality pellets suitable for a wide range of applications. Eisbär’s technology achieves up to 96% odor removal, while our systems are FDA/EFSA certified, ensuring safe and sustainable production.

Exhaust air and condensate management

In plastic recycling, exhaust air can become contaminated. Eisbär’s filtration systems efficiently remove harmful particles as well as VOCs/TOCs from the exhaust air to meet regulatory environmental standards. Our condensate separators, such as the CS24, are easy to maintain and allow for quick filter changes to ensure continuous recycling operation.
